Pasture Perfect® Pork has been the vision of Jack and Miriam Neilson since 2001. Throughout the following years, we have been pursuing our dream of raising pigs on pasture, without the use of chemicals, antibiotics or vaccinations and making the far superior pork available to you.
Pasture Perfect ® Pork is committed to raising pigs on pasture and never in confined sheds. We believe that the animal should be able to freely express its natural characteristics.
We are also committed to processing the pork in a way that enhances the flavour, with natural spices, but without the use of harsh preservatives, such as nitrates/nitrites which are a known carcinogen and have many adverse health side effects.
